Reporting
Privacy policy
This reporting app stores agency and client workspace data so an authorized user can draft a weekly social report. It is not a public social network.
What we store
- Account email, name, and a password hash for people invited into an agency.
- Which agency and which client workspace a person can open, and their role.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for Instagram, TikTok, and Canva, sealed per workspace. Platform app secrets stay in the server environment.
- Account names, post captions, and metric values returned by those platforms, plus the reports an agency drafts from them.
What we do not do
We do not sell this data, and we do not publish a report until a person in the workspace approves it. YouTube and X are not fetched in this version.
Deletion
An agency admin can disconnect a platform from the client’s Connections page. That deletes the sealed token. Meta’s data-deletion callback is described here. Disconnecting removes the token and marks the account disconnected. Approved reports already stored for the agency remain until that workspace is deleted.
